Author Guidelines

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

The journal accepts the following categories of submissions:

1.1 Research Articles
1.2 Review Articles
1.3 Short Communications
1.4 Case Studies
1.5 Conceptual / Perspective Papers

 


2. Manuscript Preparation

2.1 Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.

2.2 Length

  • Research Articles: 4,000 – 8,000 words

  • Review Articles: 5,000 – 10,000 words

  • Short Communications: Up to 3,000 words

2.3 Formatting

  • File Format: DOC / DOCX

  • Font: Times New Roman, 10 pt

  • Line Spacing: 1.0

  • Margins: 2 inches on all sides

 


3. Manuscript Structure

3.1 Title

The title should be brief, informative, and relevant to a broad readership.
Avoid long systematic names, abbreviations, acronyms, or symbols.

 

 


3.2 Author Names and Affiliations

Authors should be listed as:

Initial. First Name Last Name
Example: J. John Doe

Do not include titles such as Dr., Prof., etc.

Provide the following details for each author:

  • Full affiliation (Designation, Department, Institute, University)

  • Institutional Email ID

  • ORCID ID (mandatory for proper attribution)

 


3.3 Abstract (150–250 words)

The abstract must be structured, concise, and informative.

 

 


3.4 Keywords (4–6)

Keywords should reflect core concepts and indexing terms.

 

 


3.5 Introduction

Should outline:

  • Research problem

  • Context of the study

  • Relevant prior work

All specialist terms and abbreviations must be explained.

3.6 Literature Review (if applicable)

3.7 Methodology

3.8 Results & Discussion

3.9 Conclusion

These sections must provide sufficient detail to allow replication of the study.

  • Major findings should be clearly presented.

  • Use tables only when necessary.

  • Tables must be numbered and referenced in the text (e.g., Table 1).

  • Captions should be brief and descriptive.

 


3.10 References (IEEE Style – Mandatory)

References must be:

  • Complete

  • Consistent

  • Numbered in order of appearance

  • Cited in square brackets [ ]

Example in-text citation:

  • Thrombocytosis is common in pediatric patients [3].

  • Several studies reported similar findings [2], [5], [7].

Journal Article Example

J. Smith, “Central plant air conditioning systems in commercial buildings,” International Journal of HVAC Engineering, vol. 15, no. 2, pp. 120–135, 2022. DOI: 10.1234/ijhvac.2022.015

Book Example

M. Brown, HVAC Systems Design. New York, NY, USA: McGraw-Hill, 2020.

Author Rules

  • 2 authors → list both

  • 3 authors → list all

  • More than 3 authors → first author + et al.

Example:
[1] A. Sharma, R. K. Gupta, and S. Mehta, “Title,” Journal Name, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 100–110, 2023.
[2] A. Sharma et al., “Title,” Journal Name, vol. 10, no. 2, pp. 100–110, 2023.

Include DOI wherever available.

 

 


3.11 Figures & Tables

  • Must be numbered consecutively

  • Captions must be clear

  • Authors are responsible for copyright permissions

 


4. Funding Information

Authors must disclose all financial support.

Include:

  • Grant name and number

  • Funding organization

  • Institutional or commercial sponsorship

Example:
“This work was supported by ABC Foundation (Grant No. 12345).”

If no funding:

“This research received no specific grant from any funding agency in the public, commercial, or not-for-profit sectors.”

 

 


5. Ethical Statement

Authors must confirm ethical compliance.

Include applicable statements:

Human Subjects

“This study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of XYZ University (Approval No. XXXX). Informed consent was obtained.”

Animal Studies

“All procedures were approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of XYZ University (Approval No. XXXX).”

Data Protection

“This study complied with data protection regulations.”

If not applicable:

“This study did not involve any human or animal subjects and therefore did not require ethical approval.”

 

 


6. Conflict of Interest Statement

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts.

Financial

Example:
“Author A received funding from Company X.”

Non-Financial

Example:
“Author B serves on the advisory board of Organization Y.”

If none:

“The authors declare no conflicts of interest related to this study.”

 

 


7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Currently, no APC is applicable.

If introduced in the future, authors will be informed.
Charges, if any, are applicable only after acceptance.

 

 


8. Copyright

  • Authors retain copyright.

  • The journal holds the right of first publication.
