Peer-Review Workflow

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Submissions must comply with the journal’s author guidelines, scope, and ethical standards.

2. Initial Editorial Screening

The Editorial Office performs a preliminary check to ensure:

Relevance to the journal’s scope

Completeness of submission

Compliance with formatting and ethical requirements

Acceptable plagiarism similarity levels

Manuscripts failing to meet these criteria may be desk rejected without external review.

3. Assignment to Handling Editor

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to a Handling Editor or Section Editor with subject expertise. The editor oversees the review process and ensures confidentiality and impartiality.

4.Reviewer Selection

A minimum of two independent reviewers are invited

Reviewers are selected based on expertise, research experience, and publication record

Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest before accepting the review

The journal follows a double-blind review model, where both authors’ and reviewers’ identities are concealed.

5. Peer Review Process

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

Originality and novelty

Technical quality and methodology

Relevance and contribution to the field

Clarity, structure, and presentation

Ethical compliance

Reviewers submit detailed comments and a recommendation within the stipulated review period.

6. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers’ reports, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

Accept

Minor Revision

Major Revision

Reject

Constructive reviewer feedback is shared with authors to support improvement.

7. Revision and Re-Review

Authors must submit revised manuscripts along with a response to reviewers’ comments

Revised submissions may be sent back to reviewers for further evaluation, if required

Failure to revise within the stipulated time may lead to rejection

8. Final Acceptance

Once the manuscript satisfies all scientific, editorial, and ethical requirements, the Editor-in-Chief issues a final acceptance decision.

9. Copyediting and Proofreading

Accepted manuscripts undergo:

Language editing

Formatting and reference checks

Proofreading

Authors review and approve final proofs before publication.

10. Publication

The final article is published online and becomes immediately available under the journal’s open-access policy.

11. Post-Publication Review

The journal encourages scholarly discussion and reserves the right to issue corrections, clarifications, or retractions if post-publication issues arise.
